We have just completed our last training session ( last of three) for volunteers in preparation for the event.  Everyone is now equipped to talk to you about our educational programmes, Smarter Planet, UBUNTU, Smartbay/SmartCoast and take you through demos at our stand. There are approximately 50 volunteers from different nationalities and parts of the business. In the previous post you can see what the volunteers are looking forward to.  Click here to see comments.

All volunteers will be wearing a black t-shirt with Smarter Planet globe.  We will be happy to answer any questions you have. Also look for us on the BT stand where we will be demonstrating the Young Explorer and IBM’s KidSmart Early Learning Programme, Lego Robots, PowerUp and Reading Companion . We’ll also be running two teacher seminars on ‘How to use Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) to save money and improve the quality of your students’ education.

We will publish the full agenda of our activities, we’ll be there, rain or shine… or snow – will you?
